50 years of Higher Education: a critical reflection and thoughts on an evolving agenda

This introduction to the 50th anniversary special issue of Higher Education recounts history journal and reflects on evolution expansion field. education studies is an object-oriented field that combines academic explanations with practical interventions. The takes agnostic approach disciplinary frameworks, theories, methodologies eclectic inclusive topics.
